Instructions for HSC 2021 candidates: After getting hundreds of obstacles, the Higher Secondary Examination of 2021 is going to start from December 2, 2021.  According to the short syllabus given by the Board of Secondary and Higher Education, this year’s HSC examination will be held.  Candidates are required to appear for the examination only on optional subjects.  Candidates of all departments of Science, Humanities and Business Education have to participate in 6 paper examinations in three subjects.  Examinations in all subjects will be held as per the short syllabus given by the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education authorities.  The Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has already issued some guidelines for HSC 2021 candidates, all of which must be followed.  They are discussed below.

What to do at home for HSC 2021 candidates: Every examinee must be fully prepared.  Since this time both the test questions and the time are less.  So all the examinees have to get an idea about the time before the exam.  The candidate should know in advance how much time should be given for writing each question.  In order to avoid any difficulty in the examination, the examinee should observe all the items before leaving the house.  When you go out to take the test, you must check whether all the items are taken properly.  It is also necessary to follow all the guidelines issued by the Board of Secondary and Higher Education authorities.

 Instructions for students

Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education authorities have issued 11 guidelines for students.  These are-

  1. Tests will be conducted following all health rules due to Covid 19 infection.
  2. Each candidate must take a seat in the test room 30 minutes before the start of the test.
  3. First there will be multiple choice and then there will be creative essay test.
  4. Total time for test is 1 hour 30 minutes.  There will be no break between multiple choice and creative testing.  In case of examination held at 10 am, candidates will have to provide unwritten answer sheets and OMR sheets at 9:30 am.  Multiple choice question papers will be distributed at 10 a.m. and multiple choice answer sheets will be accepted at 10:15 a.m. and creative question papers will be provided.  In case of examination held at 2 pm, the candidates have to provide unwritten answer sheet and OMR sheet at 1:30 pm.  Multiple choice question papers will be distributed at 2 pm and multiple choice answer sheets will be accepted at 2:15 pm and creative question papers will be provided.
  5. Candidates will collect the admission card from the head of their respective educational institution.
  6.  All the candidates will fill the circle accordingly by writing the examination roll, registration number, subject code etc. in the provided answer sheet.  Under no circumstances should marking or writing be done inside the margin.
  7.  In the case of practical subjects, theoretical, multiple choice and practical examinations have to be passed separately.  The institute will provide the practical numbers of the respective candidates to the respective centers by January 3, 2022.  The relevant center will provide the practical number to read online on the board’s website.
  8. Each of the candidates will be able to participate in the examination on the subject mentioned in the admission card or registration card.  Under no circumstances will a candidate be allowed to take part in any other subject.
  9. Under no circumstances will the student be able to participate in the examination at his own institution.  Candidates have to be seated through transfer.
  10. Candidates will be able to use common scientific calculators in the test center.  There is no chance of using a programming calculator.
  11. The officer in charge of the test center can use feature phones (excluding smartphones).  Apart from this, no one else can use any type of mobile phone.

After receiving the question papers, the first responsibility of all the examinees  is to read all the question carefully. Since there will be many options in this exam, the examinee will have to read all the question and answer the easiest two or three questions. The same approach should be followed incase of multiple choice questions. You just have to answered those question calmly.
